The crusher crushes the large-scale gypsum ore into small particles smaller than 30mm, and sends it to the mill for grinding. The powder separator sends the gypsum raw powder that has been ground to the required fineness of the product into the boiling furnace for calcination, and the rest Partially return to the mill for re-grinding until qualified. The qualified gypsum powder after calcination is sent to the clinker bin for storage or sent to the product workshop for use.
 
According to the process requirements, the building gypsum production line is usually divided into five parts, which are the crushing system, the grinding system, the calcination system, the storage conveying system and the electronic control system.
 
1. Crushing system: The raw material of gypsum enters the crusher through the feeder. The crusher crushes the large-scale gypsum ore into small particles smaller than 30mm, and is reserved. According to the size of gypsum raw materials and different output requirements, you can choose the crusher of the corresponding specifications, usually PE jaw crusher, PC hammer crusher or PF impact crusher. In order to protect the environment and clean, dust removal equipment can be equipped to meet environmental protection emission requirements.
 
2. Raw material transportation: The crushed gypsum raw material is transported to the storage silo via the elevator for future use. The storage bin is designed according to the requirements of the material storage time to ensure the stable supply of the material.
 
3. Grinding system: The materials are fed into the mill uniformly and continuously by the electromagnetic vibration feeder for grinding. The pulverized gypsum raw powder is blown out by the air current blown by the mill blower and classified by the analysis machine above the main machine. The fineness of the powder conforms to the specifications and enters the large cyclone collector with the air current. After collection, the powder is discharged through the powder outlet pipe to become the finished product. The finished product falls into the screw conveyor and is transported to the next system for calcination. The entire air system is hermetically circulated. A bag filter is introduced from the pipe between the large cyclone collector and the blower to remove dust in the air and then discharged to the environment to ensure the environment is clean. The material passing through the grinding system is changed from a particle size of 0-30mm to 80-120 mesh, which meets the fineness requirements of gypsum powder.
 
The main equipment of the pulverizer are elevator, storage bin, vibration feeder, pulverizer, screw conveyor, bag filter and so on.
 
4. Calcining system: This system mainly includes equipment such as elevator, boiling furnace, electrostatic precipitator, roots fan and so on. The boiling furnace used is a building gypsum calcining equipment currently used in China. It has small equipment, large production capacity, simple structure, not easy to damage, compact equipment, small footprint, low energy consumption, convenient operation, easy automatic control, good product quality, and mature gypsum phase. The seven advantages of ideal composition, stable physical properties, low capital investment, and low operating costs are widely used in the calcination process of natural gypsum and chemical gypsum.
 
5. Electrical control system:
 
The electrical control system adopts the current advanced centralized control, DCS control or PLC control, and each control element selects internationally renowned brand products.

1. Product quality: Meets or exceeds the national "Building Gypsum" standard (GB9776-2008) requirements.
