Gypsum powder
is one of the five major gel materials and plays an important role in the national economy. The gypsum powder production line is to heat natural dihydrate gypsum ore (raw gypsum) or industrial by-product gypsum (desulfurization gypsum, phosphogypsum, etc.) after heating at a certain temperature, and grinding, so that the dihydrate gypsum is decomposed and decomposed, and the obtained product containing β hemihydrate gypsum as the main component is the building gypsum (passing for the plaster).

Partially returned to the mill for re-grinding until qualified. The qualified gypsum powder after calcination is sent to the clinker silo for storage or sent to the product workshop for use.


The working principle of gypsum powder production line is to add raw gypsum and desulfurization gypsum from the feeding port, and make effective contact with the outer wall of the heat exchange tube in the cylinder body. The desulfurization gypsum is heated and calcined by using the flue gas of the boiling furnace as a medium, and the calcined product is collected from the discharge port. . Because of the indirect heat exchange, a high partial pressure of steam can be obtained in the cylinder, which has a positive impact on the quality of the product. In addition, the gypsum is not in direct contact with the heat carrier, and the purity of the product is kept to a maximum extent. The indirect heat exchange rotary calciner technology can effectively control the removal of gypsum from hemihydrate gypsum into hemihydrate gypsum by strictly controlling the calcination strength. The main advanced technology used in this process uses a boiling furnace to provide heat source, which can minimize coal consumption and make full use of heat. The daily output is 100-1000 tons, which is an ideal equipment for industrial gypsum calcination process.


According to the process requirements, the construction gypsum powder production line is usually divided into five parts, namely the crushing system, the grinding system, the calcining system, the storage conveying system and the electronic control system.
(1) Crushing system: The gypsum raw material enters the crusher through the feeder, and the crusher breaks the large-sized gypsum ore into small pieces of less than 30 mm for use. According to the size of gypsum raw materials and different production requirements, you can choose the crusher of the corresponding specifications, usually choose PE jaw crusher, PC hammer crusher or PF impact crusher. In order to protect the environment, it can be equipped with dust removal equipment to meet environmental emission requirements.
(2) Raw material transportation: The crushed gypsum raw material is transported to the storage bin through the hoist to be used. The storage bin is designed according to the requirements of material storage time to ensure a stable supply of materials.
(3) Grinding system: The material is uniformly and continuously fed into the mill through the electromagnetic vibrating feeder for grinding. The ground gypsum powder is blown out by the air blown by the mill blower and classified by an analyzer above the main machine. The powder with fineness conforms to the specification, enters the large cyclone collector with the wind flow, and is discharged after being discharged through the powder discharge tube. The finished product falls into the screw conveyor and is transported to the next system for calcination. The entire air duct system is closed and closed. A bag filter is introduced from the pipe between the large cyclone collector and the blower to remove dust from the air and then discharged into the environment to ensure a clean environment. The material of the grinding system is changed from the particle size of 0-30mm to 80-120 mesh, which meets the requirements of gypsum powder fineness.
The main equipment of the grinding is hoist, storage bin, vibrating feeder, mill, screw conveyor, bag filter and so on.
(4) Calcination system: The system mainly includes equipment such as hoist, boiling furnace, electrostatic precipitator and Roots blower.
(5) Electrical control system:
The electrical control system adopts the current advanced centralized control, DCS control or PLC control, and each control component uses international famous brand products.
